A point-of-sale installation and service technician is responsible for the testing, maintenance, and physical installation of pos computer hardware and software used in the hospitality industry. Install Techs will coordinate with the sales and implementation team to organize any and all point-of-sale equipment needed for contracted sales. This will include but is not limited to shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, equipment testing, system staging, equipment installation, and inventory management.

Requirements:

Prior computer technician and/or networking experience preferred but not required
Prior experience with Point Of Sale preferred but not required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have valid driver license
Must be able to travel for installations
Must be able to pass background check requirements including professional reference checks.
Occasional after hours/weekend service as needed. Normal hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Experience with light electrical and mechanical work.
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Strong, independent work ethic; self-starter (must be able to self-manage your day)
Ability to organize fluctuating inventory
Maintain professional attitude and appearance at customer locations.
A high school diploma or GED required.
Past restaurant and/or general hospitality experience is a plus

compensation: $32,000 + bonus, stock options, paid time off, and health insurance
