Sell Google's New Program – Google Guaranteed

OMG National is a 33-year-old Marketing and Technology Company specializing in marketing/advertising for local service-based businesses. We are constantly growing our team and are currently in the process of building a highly specialized sales team.

We are looking for ambitious Business Development Associates who would work on a specialized team dedicated to selling Google’s new Local Services Ad inventory. Google recently launched new ad types (Google Guaranteed and Google Screened, collectively known as Local Service Ads). This role is primarily used as a probationary period before being promoted to Business Development Manager, where you would be earning residual commission on all units sold. I expect anybody in the BDA role to move up to the BDM role within 45-90 days.

We are opening new markets by selling to businesses in unopened markets, leveraging a 1st-Mover Advantage. This means any business we sell this inventory to will automatically be placed at the very top of Google for their job type and location. We are changing search results around the country with this new inventory and are partnered with Google in this effort.

Duties and responsibilities include:
✓ 125 calls per day or 3 hours of phone time
✓ Cold Calling businesses and explaining how Local Services Ads works
✓ Learning and understanding how our CRM works
✓ Scheduling follow up calls with our Director of Business Development
✓ Generating 10-20 appointments for closer each week

Compensation + Hiring
✓ Base Salary: $45,000
✓ Commission: $50 per product sold (by Business Development Manager / Director of Business Development)

✓ If 6 sales are generated in 1 month’s time we will promote you to Business Development Manager ($50,000 salary + Commission on Set Up Fees and Monthly Residual Payments)
