The ideal candidate will handle everything from ongoing moves to post-move concerns. This is not a remote position and a majority of the work is done on the phone.  Handle all aspects of daily operations. Call handling for several moving companies – handle multi-line phone system, recognize incoming caller identification, and use appropriate call-out codes. Handle customer service issues. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
– When speaking to customers: Listen, acknowledge, sympathize, act.
– Basic computer skills required. Noting files in the database.
– Good problem-solving skills with customers making complaints.
– Answering incoming calls – Setting time to call back and follow up
– Clear and respectful communication skills.
– Fielding customer complaints.
– Follow-up calls before/after the move
– Resolving customer issues

Pay to starts at $700/week.
This is a 1099 position as an independent contractor.
We pay weekly every Friday.
There is room to grow with us.

Shifts Available:
Mon-Thurs: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Mon-Thurs: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Every other Saturday
