We are looking for a Pastry Cook to assist in production of our pastry program at here at Savio Volpe. We are a busy + lively kitchen with a focus on farm fresh ingredients and offer our own playful spins on recipes grounded in Italian old world traditions. Think dark chocolate tart, ricotta cannoli, pannacotta, budino, gelato + more!

Our ideal candidate has:
A basic understanding of pastry principles.
An exceptional eye for detail and cleanliness.
The ability to work a morning production shift. [6am-4pm].
A basic understanding of bread production, namely sourdough and focaccia.
A basic understanding of gelato and sorbetto production.
The ability to be coached and to work closely with our Pastry Chef.
