Regional Finance Manager

(Apache Junction)

Regional Finance Manager for a national charter school organization. This position will support the Southwest regional group of schools.

Reports To: Executive Vice Presidents & Regional Finance Director

Distinguishing Features of Work: Responsible for the bookkeeping and account maintenance of the region. This position works closely with the school business managers, corporate finance team and other regional team members.

Essential Functions: -Responsible for all accounting (A/P, A/R, Full cycle bookkeeping and reporting),operations of the region-Develop and administer policies and procedures for the school business offices-Review and analyze the schools’ budgets and grants

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferably business administration or accounting Experience: 3-5 years accounting or business manager work experience; preferably in an educational setting.

Knowledge, Ability & Skills: Needs strong organizational skills and attention to detail; a passion for producing exceptional, high quality work and for ongoing personal learning and development; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the Windows operating system.

compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package. Starting pay range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year/negotiable
