Project Manager for Commercial GC

Johnson & Jennings General Contacting (J&J) is looking for a qualified and experienced TI Project Manager to join our J&J family supporting our Anaheim office! Candidates must have a B.S. in construction management and a minimum of ten years of experience in the commercial construction industry. If candidate does not hold a degree, equivalent construction experience is necessary. The ideal candidate enjoys working on a team, is proactive and resourceful, is detailed and creative in their approach, and successfully manages multiple projects, deadlines and personalities! Must have competency in plan reading, estimating and plan take-off of all trade disciplines. Candidate must be highly competent in the use of computers and have experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience with Procore and LEED Accreditation a plus.
