We are currently looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper for 3-4 days per week. It is not limited to tax season.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Organizing and tabulating client information from receipts.
• Recording Income and Expenses.
• Reconciling Bank and Credit Accounts.
• Manage and Prepare Government remittances (Payroll and GST)
• Assist with the preparation T1 Personal and Self-employed Business Tax Returns.
• Assist with preparation of T2 Corporate Tax.
• Knowledge of Profile tax software preferred.
Qualifications:
• College Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance
• 1-2 years of Bookkeeping experience
• 1-2 years of QuickBooks, Sage online
Experience:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas)
• Good understanding of Accounting Best Practices and processes
• Detail-Orientated
