Alliance Wellness Clinic is a busy interdisciplinary clinic that focuses on teamwork to provide our patients with the highest quality of care and customer service.

We are currently hiring a full time Office Manager to help assist oversee patient care and the hiring, training and management of our awesome front desk team at both locations! This person would work alongside the Clinic Manager and Clinic Owners and would be based out of our Hamilton Street location.

Ideal candidate:

– Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

– Have experience as an office manager in a multi-disciplinary clinic working with Allied Health care professionals

– Ability to multi-task

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Comfortable with Mac and Microsoft Suite

– Friendly demeanor with a desire to help others

– Thrive in a stimulating and busy environment

Assets:

– Knowledge/experience in the health field working as a office manager

– Experience with Accounts Receivable/Payable

– Knowledge of web design and managing social media

– Experience with Jane scheduling software

Day- to-day responsibilities would include:

-Providing support and overlooking administrative staff

-Hiring/Training

-ICBC/WSBC account management

-Team lead on customer service

-Opening/Closing the clinic

-Creating staff schedules in the absence of the clinic manager

-Inventory management

-Updating and implementing, policies, procedures, pricing and educational material alongside the clinic manager

– Addressing questions, complaints, concerns via emails, phone calls and in person inquiries

-Carry out administrative activities of establishment

-Release of records requests

-Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date alongside the clinic manager

-Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

*We have two locations (Broadway and Yaletown and do ask all candidates be comfortable working in both locations please). Also, you must be available some evenings (until 8:30pm) and one weekend day.*
