Office Assistant Needed 9:00AM-6:00PM (Fort Lauderdale)

A growing recycling company in the business since 2007
seeking an UPBEAT and highly motivated, highly organized customer service associate to achieve our company goals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering and placing phone calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up with potential and current customers.
Logging all calls in CRM.
Operating office equipment such as fax and copy machines.
Working closely with managers and staff to ensure quality customer service.
Processing daily mail and filing.
Assisting with various office/administrative tasks.

Working hours
Monday- Thursday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Business casual attire.
No drama.
Must have a Can-Do attitude.
Must be fluent in English
Must be computer literate
Must have RELIABLE transportation
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to Multi-Task

$14.50 Hourly rate
$15.25 after three months.
$16.00 after eight months.

Payroll is paid Weekly by direct deposit to your bank.

The position is available for a start in 1 week.
