Our Home Improvement Company is looking for a LOCAL administrative assistant to assist our Office Manager for 20hrs a week. Duties will include but are not limited to updating and maintaining multiple databases, generating various reports, copying, scanning and mailing, Customer Service calls. Multi-tasking and prioritizing is a must for this position!

Requirements will include:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
– Basic office knowledge such as operating a computer, email, copying, scanning and faxing
– Good phone manner and excellent customer service
– Reliability
– Be able to work independentaly
– At least 2 — 3 years of office experience
