Office Admin / Holistic Clinic

Full Time Pay for less than 32 hours a week! We are looking for a quality, health conscience individual for our high-end holistic health clinic. We have been in business for over 20 years. You will be responsible for overseeing the office administrative activities of a busy, growing office. This person should have excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service as you are the first interaction with clients
• Answer phone calls and respond to client emails in a timely fashion
• Greet clients, schedule appointments, take payment for services
• Manage records and information
• Maintain supplement inventory, ordering and shipping
• Provide assistance to doctor as needed with clients
• Maintain cleanliness of office and replenish office supplies

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative services, health and wellness or other related fields
• Healthy-minded with wellness lifestyle
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be punctual and dependable as you will often open and close the office
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Personable and friendly

Clinic hours are:
Tues 10-3
Wed 9-3:00
Thur 11-5
Fri 9-1:30
Sat 9-1::30

Prefer prior office and phone experience but will train the right individual.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

compensation: 35,000-40,000 depending on experience. Less than 32 hours per week.
