Coordinate the daily operations of the Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Assist with the hiring of all FOH and BOH staff
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
More than three years in a management position in the restaurant industry
Conduct manager walkthroughs to maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices in our company manual.
Speak and write in English and Spanish
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
compensation: $44k-65k Depending on position and experience
