* Drivers must live within 60 miles of our yard in Henderson, NC. Very strict about the hiring radius.

* Local driving. Warehouse to customer deliveries. Delivery areas can include NC, SC, TN, and VA.

* 100% No-Touch Freight. Running Grocery store Reefer freight. Some live unload (customer unloads), some drop n hook.

* $1300 Gross weekly average.

* $2500 Sign on bonus, paid over the first three months.

* This is a 24/7 operation, and will include driving nights and weekends. We CANNOT guarantee any specific shift time, because that is not how this customer operates. You must be willing to drive any shift (start time will be consistent throughout the week) that is available.

* Currently schedule is 5 shifts on the first week, 6 shifts on the second week, then repeat.

* Off days are based on availability with no guaranteed weekend spots.

* Slip Seat. Must have personal transportation available for travel to and from the yard.

** Job Requirements **

– 3 months Company Driving experience within the past 3 years, driving Trailer Trailer. Local experience is fine, as long as it was Company Driving Tractor Trailer. We CANNOT accept military, permit, or school as experience.

– No more than 3 minor moving violations within the past year.

– Can take 1 major ticket anytime within the past 3 years, or 2 as long as they are both over 1 year old. Major tickets include Careless/Reckless, Speeding 15mph+, Improper Lane Change, Following Too Close, and Cell Phone

– No more than 6 Preventable Accidents or Moving Violations of any kind in any combination in last 2 years.

– No More than 1 Preventable DOT Reportable accident within the past year (Injury needing medical attention at the scene, either vehicle requiring a tow) The following types of preventable accidents (with or without citation) require you have had 6 months of safe driving after the accident – Lane Change, Jackknife, Loss of Control, Rear-End, Side Impact, Run Under, Rollover, Rollaway

– Minor Preventable accidents – Within the past 2 years, No more than 4 minor roadway accidents, or 6 minor Yard/Parking lot accidents.

– Safety Terminations – must have 6 months of safe driving (no tickets, accidents) since any safety termination to qualify. If you were fired from your last job for safety reasons, we CANNOT help you.

– Felony Convictions – Sale/Possession needs to be 3 years old, most others need to be 5 years old. Call if you’re not sure and I’ll let you know.

– No DUI within 3 years.

– For any DOT drug/alcohol violations (including refusals), we can hire as long as you’ve completed the SAP program.

– We CAN hire drivers under contract with another carrier.
