IT Support Manager with Portland Recognized MSP (Managed IT Services Provider) to manage an established group of technicians (tier I to II)
* A college degree is highly preferred, preferably in Technology or Engineering OR 5 years in the related field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
* Outstanding people and people management skills, sparkle in your voice and your eye, ability to lead with excitement
* Dreaming in analytics. OK, maybe not dreaming, but solid experience and talent in leading via numbers and timelines

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Proven technology background.
Ability to lead security and cloud processes within the 12 months from the start of employment with the support from CTO and CEO.
Project Management experience and talent.
Ability to manage employees who conduct high level IT tasks (server administration, cloud systems management, cybersecurity, VOIP, run virtualization technologies) without necessarily having that level of IT expertise. Manage by numbers, metrics, and deadlines.
Typically our technician employees hold CompTIA A+, Network +, CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Network + professional certifications.
Cloud computing and/or Cybersecurity general understanding, or experience and/or credentials are highly desired.
Experience working with CRM and ERM systems.

You will lead and audit IT operations, support Project Management team with guidance, audit new customer on-boarding processes, participate in up-sales, oversee the Technical Review process (completed by others) for our current customers, develop IT projects, serve on the leadership team, drive the growth, use KPIs for management of the employees, and continue developing the fun supportive climate ATS shares with our employees.
