The Job Responsibilities –
This administrative position is 40 hours/week, supporting a financial advisor and her deliverables team located in a beautiful, secure office building in Dumfries.
• You will provide exceptional customer service to our practice’s best clients. Welcome clients to in-office meetings with 5-star service. Handle incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to address service needs.
• Set client appointments, confirm them, and manage the advisor’s calendar.
• Prepare for client appointments by gathering account information, running reports, preparing necessary forms and paperwork, marketing materials, and agendas.
• Data input into RedTail CRM software.
• Process completed client paperwork with precision and follow up on needed details, such as scheduling physicals for insurance or monitoring rollover monies.

Key requirements
• 2 years prior administrative support experience is required
• 2 years of college is desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – particularly Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong computer skills: ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CRM systems preferred. Knowledge of RedTail is a plus.
• Prior experience in financial services supporting an advisor would be ideal.
• Must like sports of any kind.
• Must can pass a background check to include credit check
• Must be able to work in person.
