Floor Captain/Trainer/Server: Small successful restaurant is looking for an experienced restaurant server/trainer who has fine dining experience and is capable of training others in the fine points of dinner service. Position requires (a) thorough knowledge of fine dining service (b) the skill of instructing and teaching others in a professional manner (c) the weekly scheduling servers for both lunch and dinner service (d) the capability of being present 5 nights a week (Friday and Saturday required) from 4 p.m. to 8:30 and on two lunch days a week from 11 am to 2 p.m. (e) the leadership ability to staff and discipline a floor crew of up to 6 waiters. Need to be able to devote minimum 34 hours a week. 36K guarantee plus table tips and weekly Tip Out–Great atmosphere and staff. Please send verifiable resume.
