Little Onion is a Family Owned Mexican Restaurant established in 1972 in Santa Ana/South Coast Metro. We are looking for talented, responsible, and reliable people to join our team. Those who can operate in a clean restaurant while meeting all company goals and expectations.

Job Requirements of the Line Cook:

*Follow instructions from training

*Must have 1 year experience

*Good knife skills

*Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times

*Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared for customer

*Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking

*Clean, stock, and restock workstations

*Know how to operate the grill and deep-fryer

*Ability to lift 20-50 lbs as needed

*Hours: 30-40 per week, Open and Flexible availability is preferred.
