Seeking a passionate Executive Chef who is specialization in Chinese Cuisine that can build and lead a culinary team for a 180 seat restaurant and can create authentic Chinese dishes by sourcing fresh ingredients.
Reporting to Senior Management, the Executive Chef is responsible for the day to day culinary operations in the kitchen, menu creation, analyze cost and work within the budget.
· Create signature dishes that are memorable
· Prepare and cook food for private events
· Hire, train staff in preparation, cooking, handling of food and execution on a timely basis
