Customer Service self-storage facility

Provide outstanding service helping customers understand their storage needs. Assist customers both in person and on the phone in renting storage units, understanding lease terms, fees/insurance and complete lease agreements. Manage, verify, balance cash drawer, prepare and make daily deposits. Enter daily transactions into on-line storage software and prepare required reports. Actively monitor and collect delinquent accounts.

Ensure the appearance of the property is customer ready and ensure property is safe and welcoming. Conduct a daily physical storage unit inspection confirming inventory availability and ensuring each unit is secure or ready to rent.

This is a part-time week/weekend position, Thursday 2pm to 6pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm. Compensation $18 per hour.
