Customer Service Associate/Office Assistant

TOPLINE is growing and we are hiring for a Customer Service Support Assistant in our Skokie Office.

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
On call: ROTATING SATURDAYS
Day shift
Night shift
25-35 Hours Depending On Workload

Brief Description:

Providing introductory information to new customers
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
Escalating queries and concerns
Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Customer Service
Acquire full knowledge of all Programs
Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues
Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues
Form professional relationships with customers
Follow up with claims to check on the status and relay messages onto the appropriate individual(s)

Administrative Tasks:
Manages main phone line and transfers calls
Maintain updated records

Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested

Qualifications:

Excellent computer skills
MS Office power user: utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive,
Excellent verbal and telephone skills
Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
