Construction Sales Representative

We are a small, yet diverse general contracting firm looking to bring on new business in the 1st quarter of 2023. Most of our work in the past has primarily come by way of referrals, as our leader has been in the industry 30+ years.

We are now looking for a Construction Sales Representative, who knows the industry, and has experience in bringing in new business.

This candidate must have the following qualities:
* Be goal and results driven
* Work with minimal supervision
* Show excellent public speaking and presentation skills
* Display excellent time management
* Be extremely knowledgeable and confident about selling our services in this industry
* Have 5-10 years experience selling a service/brand

Our expectations for this candidate are:
* Generate new business opportunities
* Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy
* Develop new relationships within the commercial construction industry
* Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
* Submit weekly call reports noting perspective clients sought out
* Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory
* Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and possible client/associate referrals
* Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities
* Implement and maintain a sales quota for each quarter and year as provided
