We are the Institutional Advisory Group (IAG) and we represent institutional buyers such as REITs, Pension Fund Advisors, Private Real Estate Funds and Family Offices in helping them source off-market opportunities to build their real estate portfolios.
We are looking for licensed real estate brokers and salespeople to join our team as Account Executives. This role will have you working on behalf of two our clients to source off-market opportunities for them to acquire. The role will be approximately 25-30 hours/week and we will provide you with a monthly draw of $2,000/month for 150 calls/day and 20% of commissions (averaging $200,000) from deals you generate.
We will train you, provide you with all of the leads and data as well as access to our CRM. The only things you need are a real estate license, quiet home office with a computer, internet access, a headphone that plugs into your computer, and a desire for success.
