Cleaning Specialist Needed

Tremendous opportunity to grow from the ground up, we are looking for a cleaning specialist who is dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality to join our team in Fort Lauderdale area. Your daily task will be to make sure the office is neat and clean.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Dust all open surfaces, including desk, tables, counters, file cabinets, copy and fax machines, a/c vents, and glass/mirrors
• Thoroughly clean restroom(s) and restock consumable as needed
• Thoroughly clean fingerprints and smudges from glass and entry doors daily
• Sweep and mop all hard surface floors and remove all stains or spill marks daily
• Empty ALL trash receptacles and spray disinfectant, if necessary, daily
• Restock ALL paper products, kitchen products and hand soap daily
• Clean breakroom(s) and neatly arrange furniture daily
• Clean microwave inside, outside, and underneath.
• Clean out refrigerator every Friday, wipe down.
• Request cleaning supplies that are running low

Position Requirements
• Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and do light lifting.
• Must be a team player.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Flexible schedule, up to 5 to 6 hours a day.
Pay $15.00 to start
Must be authorized to work in the US.
