This is where you come in…

Your Impact
Serving as CRG’s Food & Beverage Director your main responsibility will be the oversight of CRG’s production and multi storefront kitchens. You will be an integral part of building the policies, procedures, and systems that will be implemented across the company for Back of the House operations and management. As the Food & Beverage Director your main goal will be to bolster food production for all CRG storefront locations; as well as CRG’s catering and delivery programs.

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

1) Operations: Oversee safety and sanitation standards for all CRG kitchens. Manage food and labor costs for multiple restaurant locations and the production kitchen. Implement protocols for recipe creation and eliminating food waste. Assist in the oversight of all production kitchen operations including but not limited to the delivery, catering, food retail, and distribution programs.

2) Vendor Management: Serve as the main point of contact for CRG food vendors. Responsible for working with vendors to oversee the purchase and delivery of all orders to CRG locations. Oversee and control costs for company-wide kitchen purchasing. Responsible for ending vendor relationships when necessary, sourcing new vendors, and testing products.

3) Distribution: Manage the distribution of production kitchen food to multiple CRG restaurants. Oversee distribution operations including inventory, transportation, and maintenance and ordering systems to meet CRG restaurant needs and maintain consistency in CRG food products.

4) Leadership: Supervise the Kitchen Managers of all CRG restaurants. Ensure all CRG kitchen staff are serv-safe certified. Set agendas for leadership meetings. Set company-wide goals, KPI’s, and initiatives for CRG’s production kitchen and overall company-wide kitchen operations.
