Busy CPA firm looking for Client Service Coordinator/Front Office Admi

Individual will be responsible for opening and closing the office, answering and routing phone calls to appropriate team member, scheduling call backs and firm calendar, as well as handling client intake, scanning of original documents and pickup of tax returns.

This role directly supports the workflow management as directed by the Operations Manager. Individual will be well spoken, professional, and able to adjust to different client demeanors, on demand, while maintaining organization, and work flow.

Experience in CPA firms is preferred, but not required. Client contact is most important, and the rest can be taught to a quick learner. This is not a position for those easily frustrated, as you will be focusing on multiple moving parts, at the same time. This position is ideal for a poised professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and thinks ahead at all times. To succeed in this position, you must be self-motivated with strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills. A focused and highly observant individual will be well suited.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible opportunities for overtime during our busiest times. One hour lunch may be taken; rotating with other staff to ensure the front door/window is covered.

compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Based on experience
