We are a solar installation company looking for a full charge bookkeeper / admin manager to join our team. Must project a professional company image through written and phone interaction. Job duties include administrative duties and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate must be a self- starter, enjoy working with installation teams and keep good and regular communication. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential. Being able to compose email correspondence using correct spelling and grammar skills is a must.

Need a verifiable track record of performance. You will need to be able to provide previous supervisors names and contact information.

Salary will be based on experience.


· Perform bookkeeping tasks so that the company accounts are maintained accurately.

· Conduct the tasks required to maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

· Ensure that the data on financial reports are balanced and accurate.

· Coordinate with Paychecks to report time worked for each employee.

· Interface with customers, contractors, and suppliers by phone or electronically.

· Take customer orders over the phone and direct them for processing; contact customers on matters concerning invoices, payments, and delivery inquiries.
