Looking for Barista/FOH and also hiring a skilled Baker/Pastry Chef
What we look for in Barista/FOH
-Must have previous experience with semiauto espresso machines.
-Must be able to steam milk to latte art quality and know differences on how to steam milk for different drinks
-Have very friendly / outgoing customer focused attitude
-Be able to self motivate and be a professional in their role.
Baker/Pastry Chef
-Must have previous experience with Viennoiseries, including lamination, shaping and final bake off.
-Also with Choux pastries and making various type of pastry creams.
-Be able to lift upto 40lbs
We are looking for individuals for long term and that take their roles seriously, and care about each cup of coffee prepared and each pastries baked.
