Assistant to CEO – Customer Service/Renewals Rep

Hello! I’m a commercial insurance broker looking for a part-time assistant. You will be working directly with me to assist with the following:

-Assist the broker in contacting current customers for their renewals to gather data and forward to the broker for further processing.
-Return customer phone calls and assist in customer service requests
-Process documents to forward to customers and assist with applications

Compensation is hourly and depends on experience and whether you hold a property and casualty insurance license. If you hold a license, commission plus hourly is an option. Unlicensed applicants are welcome!

The starting pay is $18 per hour. I am looking for someone to work between 15-20 hours per week. There is a very high likelihood for this position to turn into a full time position within 6 months.
