Assistant Book Keeper


Assistant Book Keeper needed for small law firm located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, suburb of Orlando. Will work with firm’s Book Keeper in firm’s Accounting Office. Full time or part time.

Book keeping experience preferred. Knowledge of A/R’s, A/P’s, reconciliation of banking statements, and basics of book keeping necessary. Familiarity with law office billing procedures helpful.

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work one weekend day per month.

Must be willing to learn TimeSlips billing software by Sage.
