Loaf Bakery is looking for a dedicated professional for AM baking shifts. Early morning availability is required (4 AM start time).
Duties could include but are not limited to:
Shaping and baking baguettes
Dough mixes
Shaping and baking of rolls, pan loaves, and sourdough boules
Pastry bake off
Ingredient prep
