Administrative Assistant – professional office (south Florida)

We are seeking a remote assistant to support the Manager. This is a multi-focus assignment requiring agility between tasks. This position offers an opportunity to provide professional growth for a candidate interested in widening their skillset and taking on new projects.

Responsibilities will often include:
● Serve as a point of contact to liaise between the Manager and 3rd parties
● Frequently provide updates including reports and metrics to assist with project management- minimum of weekly follow-up
● Provide ongoing support in responding to phone calls and emails regarding relevant business matters
● Maintain contracts, conversation records, and other documentation necessary for accounting and taxes
● Obtain receipts, itemized billing, and invoices
● Store and organize documentation in a single drive or shared file- easily accessible to Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
● Attention to detail, highly organized, task-oriented
● Excellent with written and verbal communication
● Professional voice & electronic communications presence and etiquette
● Tech-Savvy- experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Suite preferred
● Prior experience with vendor project maintenance preferred
● Previous experience in Real Estate property matters is a plus
● Requires minimum of 3 to 5 years of administrative experience
