Accounting Technician – DMS Mechanical Systems Ltd.



Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position requires a driven, detail-oriented
candidate to assist in accurate and timely entry of information required to maintain accurate
books on accounts payable and receivable, financial entries, and reconciliations.

Main Duties:
● Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts manually
and through the company’s bookkeeping systems (Quickbooks, Spectrum and Pivot)
● Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain
general ledgers and prepare financial statements
● Calculate and run cheques for DMS Service bills
● Process and post Accounts payable invoices
● Accounts receivable billings
● Bank reconciliation for all accounts
● Communicating with foremen regarding receipt of materials
● Manage packing slips
