Vancouver company is seeking Experienced full-time AR , Office Assistant/ Bookkeeper. Full time position.

Accounts Receivable- Calls/ Emails to customers for payment collections, recording customer payments using QuickBooks
Apply for permits to municipalities
Generate invoices and email to customers
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, adaptable
Must be completely fluent in written and oral English
Stress tolerance
General office and administrative support
Data entry & client information updates
Document and maintain/update procedures of processes
Highly detailed and well organized
Ability to work in a team environment and be proactive in communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word, Quickbooks.
Monday – Friday 8am -4:30pm
